By far when this app was working it was the best exercise tool ever. Now the App Store says this app needs to be updated by the developer. It does not work on my phone or my tablet. Please update it you make me happy again.

Superb App for these wonderful exercises
I used to have a VHS tape of these exercises and really enjoyed doing them. However with time my VCR went to the recycling bin and so did the tape. It is really great to see these exercises in an app. They really do help your health and can really slow the aging process. The production of the short videos is of a very high quality and the setting is sublime. The explanations are just right for me. The tone and feeling of the production are also very good. I am grateful and happy to find this app!
