The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. This is ridiculous
Very nice and user friendly design
HOWEVER, Basically zero functionality - you have to open the app first thing after getting up to (it doesn’t sync with Apple Health, any app or any wearable).
Of course - if you wake up at 5am - you are most likely a person who wants to be productive and automate things in their lives. Here - you have to do it manually.
Secondly, if you want to be productive, you don’t want to grab your phone before even getting up.
Another thing - I didn’t see any value for myself and didn’t decide to purchase.
Then after long time I got a new notification- get our trial. I was like - ok, maybe something changed. Accepted the “trail” and was charged right away.
I have many apps/ online services, that I pay for. Sometimes a lot of money. But I really don’t respect such a sneaky behaviour.
I requested a refund, but Apple rejected my request :( AND they logged me out so that when I open the app now I only see the payment screen 🤯 what’s the most ridiculous is - they charged me already for a year in advance and now they’re asking me to pay for one more year (the payment notification form iOS says I’m paying for a year-long subscription starting Jan 2025).
Conclusion: I can’t use the app if I don’t pay for 2 years!?
There is even no e-mail address or form to contact support.
