Issue with App in ios
I dont know why so much frequent issues with the app. Now it gives error message that “technical error” after providing credentials. Its really frustrating these days with the app.

App is crashing!
It’s been more than a week now and I am not able to use the app. I have reinstalled it 3-4 times still not working, it say- ‘’we are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try again later.’’ Please resolve this issue.

The Platform is good , the mobile app is full of glitches
I have been a long term member and a verified listener on this app .. the mobile app is really bad and glitchy , everytime i log in , i m sent back again to the login page .. they should fix this thing ASAP ..

Amazing
The best app of all time
No regulation or feedback system
It was going decent till yet but then this fine day they deactivated my listener account with any information or warning . Its so devastating to get ghosted from your own account.
Not fair on the listeners’ part
I was a listener for over a year and suddenly my account was taken down without any reason. I tried reaching to the team no response. Being a listener is a complete volunteer experience and they aren’t paid. The least I expected as a listener was value for my time and I couldn’t even get that. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Not all listeners are well trained they are only trained to say few things and they seriously lack maturity. The therapists charge a lot and it’s not helpful. These developers seriously don’t care for anything they only want to make money in the name of mental health. I feel like I wasted a lot of my time!

7Cups of Tea is a great community of volunteer listeners who are available around the clock to let you vent about your everyday struggles, emotional stress or just anything in a healthy, positive, judgment free space. And the best part about it is that you can stay anonymous and the chats are confidential. If you are doubtful of sharing or expressing your concerns with any one around you and yet want to relieve yourselves of the stress building up, this would be a great site for you. Just be patient with the process, which is one of the easiest, and connect with a listener with whom you feel the most comfortable opening up to. Its also a great learning and growing space. Hope you find yourself a listener and have a health conversation.🤗

I never did that in my life writing a review for an app, but this app deserves everything! Saying anything won’t do justice to the kind of help it is giving for us to stand strong and to have a unbiased ear to listen, that’s all we need in this world and that’s all this is giving.
