i like this app but smh the listener.. a listener told me to die peacefully lmao but other listener are kinda nice ig

The upgrade will not give you a therapist, only when you enter your credit card for $5/day or $150/month will do. I cannot even start the third cup because no matter what I pressed I cannot progress or back to the previous page. The other review said it right. Too many bugs. It’s a waste of my $19.9.

I started out as someone looking to help me cope with my conflicted feelings. Who knew that I ended up joining this lovely community as a listener! Throughout my time in 7cups, I have been able to lift others during their bad days and receive support from others. This app is a definite recommend, but keep in mind that listeners are not therapists to give you advice, just someone to lend an ear :) Use this app well, and your days will be a little brighter, knowing that some people in this world still spread joy and love <3

This is app is really helpful but there are so many bugs. Some of them include : • I can’t see any group chat and if I delete the app and download it again sometimes I can see and join the group chat • In the community tab, I can’t see my writing when I’m typing a new thread • It takes too long to get a listener (I don’t know if it’s a bug or there’s just not enough listeners) • I cannot edit my own password. Hence every time I need to sign in again I have to request for the password Please try to make an effort to fix these bugs. It seems like this app is developed so carelessly that there’s not much anything to do in the app because of all the bugs.

i found 7cups few years ago.. when i was soo stressed out and soo overwhelmed by all the deadlines and life. All listeners here are very helpful.. some might not, but please do remember, they are just listener.. not therapist.. so we too have to be patient too and just find one listener that really helpful and really want to listen to our hardships.. the apps too are very helpful, it can guide us to help ourselves too.. it’s calming and helps me a lot.. thankyou 7cups! soo much! I now become a listener.. yet i am still a member.. but i hope i can continue to help others simply through our concerns and anonymous voices thro chats

Helping others relieve stress, my back pain, and 7Cups o tea is the right decision I’ve ever made

Started using this app around last year, tried to only talk to listeners. Ended up talking to a mental health counselor that I’m very happy with. It’s been a year since I started my online therapy, and I can see I feel a lot better mentally. Thank you 🌈

The purpose is good and wholesome, to help people through connecting and steps. But you have to pay for choosing other steps and it is pricey. The application and the run down of the app is 4/10 most options/buttons don’t even work.

I am having trouble logging in after updating this app, my email and password is correct but then I keep coming back to the sign in page. Somebody help with my issue please I really love using this app and I really need to use it now
