Great concept but bad app
I have nothing bad to say about the service as it’s great. But the UI of the app is awful - it’s clunky, unclear and not friendly. It also has no proper iPhone X support.
Wonderful
I always come back to 7 Cups when I need support and encouragement in some way. When I’m down and out, or confused, it really helps pick me up, because I can read what others say, who are real people struggling with life as well. I can join in, and feel useful. Oh, and Noni is great too! 😃

I love this app it helped me to recover from depression and self harm and I think it’s such a great thing that is going to change the world one day, if you are suffering from anything get this app it really helps.
Horrible App.
- Slow, clunky, outdated UI. - Retarded bot messages appearing during chats. - Stupid censorship rules when talking about suicide. - Improper support fo the iPhone X. - Terrible, repetitive ‘alerts’ section. It shouldn’t even be in the app.
Probably the best online therapy apps
I’m 17 years old and 7 cups has really helped me. I’ve been battling with bipolar depression for several years now and I have always been afraid to find help as I do have social anxiety also. 7 cups has made it easier for me to get help whenever, wherever 24/7. I’m definitely going to carry on using this app
