好難用

好心要送優惠卷就直接比code，又話購物要填咩優惠卷代碼，但個人ac個卷完全無碼，好似雞髀咁又話滿60即減20，去櫃檯do又話無code do唔到，上個online shopping又無優惠卷代碼，完全吾知想點，果斷放低曬d嘢走人。無心就吾好搞app啦，人地OK幾直接，拍下八達通就自動有咩卷扣咩卷，唔使煩到d用家

唔知有冇培訓過，線上落單職員話唔識處理🫡

都預左出到嚟效果廢，估唔到比想像仲廢。又要收你包裝費，但收完咩包裝都冇見到。員工啲培訓度完全不足，收到單唔係即刻做，其實用得你app買熱食熱飲都係想爭分奪秒，如果唔係我到門市嗌都得啦。去到咩都冇，咖啡直頭冇奶都冇更新到，後續想退款啲客服又係廢既，咩年代仲要打電話，衰過電話公司打極都冇人聽。跟唔到科技好心就唔好夾硬跟啦

呃人買套票之後改條款

推出頭三日Sale 著數套數仲係分店放個廣告板，條款無列出不適用的分店，俾錢買完用左兩日，先改條款。話部份分店，即係放廣告板果間都唔用得，又唔可以退錢。

多啲選擇，最好簡單啲，八達通，支付寶，playme，店舖現金支付

個App長時間都話網絡連線有問題

如標題，個app長時間都load唔到入去，每次都係顯示網絡連線有問題，但我電話顯示係收緊5G(滿格)及連Wifi都係咁
