Life changing.
Good app, room for fixes
Great app really, helps and pushes you to put in the work. However, it’s always annoying when “the heart breaks” even though I set it to rest on specific days of the week.
Essential every day fitness
I work an office job that entails sitting for eight hours a day and the seven minutes worth of varying exercises each day keeps be functional and improves mobility. If I have done my seven minutes, I would spill over into my fifties fat and bald.
