Nice for those who dont have a lt of tme
Top home workout app!
I use every day, it is usefull and funny :) Just one problem, it wil fall down when it is used with Apple Music. But it is no problem :)

It’s very helpful and for only 7minutes it takes a lot of muscle out of you but I have been experienced before I started

So far, this app is awesome! It’s super motivating, legit only takes 7 minutes, and I can already feel a difference - just a few days in! I would recommend it to anyone! I’m married with 2 small kids and work a full time job, so I don’t have a lot of free time. This is PERFECT.
