Enjoying it!
For a 50-year old like me who needs to shed some fat, it helps that there are light workouts to get me started. I have yet to perspire a lot but I guess I’m on the right track. I don’t want to force myself and want to just start slow until I get the right rhythm. I like the app. It’s just right for a beginner like but it also has more rigid workouts for non-beginners. 5 stars!
