De 7 Wonders Duel applicatie is een aanpassing van het bekende 7 Wonders Duel bordspel.

In 7 Wonders Duel kiest elke speler om de beurt een kaart uit de beschikbare kaarten in de spelstructuur. Deze kaarten vertegenwoordigen een gebouw dat de speler in zijn stad gebruikt om het te ontwikkelen. Er zijn verschillende soorten gebouwen: producenten van grondstoffen, commercials, militairen, wetenschappers en civiele gebouwen.

Het spel wordt gespeeld in 3 leeftijden, die de vooruitgang van de spelers in de loop der tijd symboliseren. Wanneer de laatste kaart van de laatste leeftijd wordt uitgespeeld, wint de speler met de meeste overwinningspunten het spel, tenzij een speler tijdens het spel wetenschappelijke of militaire suprematie behaalt. In dit geval wint de speler onmiddellijk.

A lot of waiting

Love the game but the app disappoints me. Server is down way too often. It takes forever to find a match and playing against AI is too easy.

Can’t create account or login anymore. Always timeout.

Too easy AI

Nice app, but the AI is too easy. Especially easy to win with warfare. It would be nice if you could select the difficulty level of the AI (like in Carcassonne).

Great adaptation, what about the expansion?

Vera nice to be able to play it against the computer, friends or other players online. Only thing I’m missing is the possibility of the expansion, maybe for extra money? And maybe different AI difficulties, with one easier and one more advance. Great work!

Nearly perfect adaptation of a great boardwalk

7 Wonders Duel is a great boardgame and this is a wonderful adaptation. I love playing this online as well as against AI. I agree with another reviewer that some different AI difficulty levels would be welcome. Standard AI is very challenging albeit not unbeatable.

It’s exactly how it should be

It’s the game and it works great. The graphics could have been better but overall it’s definitely a good game. Multiplayer works very smooth. No problems so far.

Godlike AI

If you're like me, and you don't like the online multiplayer, you're stuck with only one option. The only vs. AI option is like playing an all knowing diety, it never makes mistakes and it always picks the best cards. Lots of room for improvement.

Good potential

Nice implementation of the card game. However, little use for it if it doesn’t support asynchronous play :( And the timer for 2 vs 2 is ridiculously quick, only had time to consider my own action and not what my opponent was doing... Please fix both and I’ll gladly rate it 5 stars, because it’s one of my favorite 2p games.
