Voice guided through a step-by-step approach, combined with BrainLink series products, 8 Min Meditation can record the brainwave data accurately, provide professional feedback and suggestion for beginner, and bring a relaxed learning experience.

1. Happiness Meditation
Voice guidance created by founder of yoga online Sha Jin, voice relaxing mentor and experienced yoga teacher Shiva, and yoga teacher Zhang Yidan.
2. Mindfulness Meditation
Breathing and meditation exercise for 8 minutes guided by Dr. Eunice Chan in each chapter, synchronizing the meditation progress and brain data every time in the personal data center.
3. Music Relax
Recording by teacher Angelo Castagneto. Integrated all the beautiful music and transfer it to people that how it affects our life positively.
4. Breathing- NLP Meditation
Courses are conducted by teacher Kangkang and Ashlee, which provides aromatherapy/NLP meditation, helps mental and physical growth.

3. Synchronize to Apple HealthKit
Synchronizing the meditation time to the Apple HealthKit to do the mindfulness training, and learn about the positive energy by yourself.
