Voice guidance created by founder of yoga online Sha Jin, voice healing mentor and experienced yoga teacher Shiva, and yoga teacher Zhang Yidan.
2. Mindfulness Meditation
Breathing and meditation exercise for 8 minutes guided by Dr. Eunice Chan in each chapter, synchronizing the meditation progress and brain data every time in the personal data center.
3. Music Healing
Recording by teacher Angelo Castagneto. Integrated all the beautiful music and transfer it to people that how it affects our life positively.
4. Breathing- NLP Meditation
Courses are conducted by teacher Kangkang and Ashlee, which provides aromatherapy/NLP meditation, helps mental and physical growth.

Record every meditation results and total length scientifically. Fatigue test, data acquisition, relaxation and attention recording, eSense state graph recording accurate to per second.
2. Zone State
Zone is a state of mind when you focus on something, it is a personal feeling of spiritual force. BrainLink can calculate the time of Zone based on the brainwave.
3. Synchronize to Apple HealthKit
Synchronizing the meditation time to the Apple HealthKit to do the mindfulness training, and learn about the positive energy by yourself.
