Customer service is very very bad and below zero. My car has been ready since yesterday evening and every time the employee tells me that he will send the car and I waited for him until 11 pm and after that he said he will send it at exactly 9 am and until now he has not answered the call and I have tried to call him more than 26 times and he does not answer the phone and now it is 2:30 pm and I do not know when he will send the car

App is good but car guru company is very bad

I had given my car since Friday for service, until today my car has not returned back. They asked for the payment, after paying, they are not answering the calls and never received my car. Very bad service. Gonna cancel my contract

Absolutely NO, don’t buy their package! They will screw your car! Even if you send the car freshly repaired in other garage, CarGuru will still find the way to rip you off. I have sent my car for scheduled major service that was part of a package. Adviser Yasir was convincing me to approve quotation promising that i will get car back by 3pm. I requested to proceed without repair, just do major service as per package. He refused to do major service which I already paid for. I needed my car back asap, n Yasir knew about it. I tried to insist on a service that I already paid for. Yasir would not even let me talk, just being aggressive, raising his voice and constantly interrupting. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior in customer service. He wouldn’t dare to shout at some local male customer, but very brave to talk this way to a woman. When I asked for his supervisor to give me a call. Yasir simply replied: “No! You call!”. That moment I knew that I will not get my car anytime soon. The car was picked up from me at 3pm, but reached garage as per Yasir, only at 7pm. Next day car was at the bay at 11am, just minor service which takes an hour max. Did I receive my car by lunch? No, Yasir made sure that my car will be send out last, it reached me 10pm. Was the car fixed? I was literally afraid driving it next day as there was obviously something wrong it. Weird noises and fuel consumption tripled. Car was absolutely fine before, just scheduled service required. Such staff like Yasir not supposed to work with clients, absolutely unprofessional and aggressive guy. I still have 3 services paid for, but no way I will send my car there again!

First of all i took a service pack and everytime i give them my car they are always late and not on time and they are just running after the money they dont know what they are doing i gave them the car for a major service and they gave me a quotation of all the things thats included in the major service but they asked me to pay and its not the first time but when i tell them i have a major service they act surprised, second they changed my battery with a smaller battery and when i got my car they left all the switches on and the battery was drained and it wasn’t working and when i tried to complain they keep ignoring me

The new update now doesn’t fit my screen will (Iphone 16 max pro) , please adjust the display resolution

App is good, has lots of features but one major flaw… on iPhones, you cannot press the back button (top left corner) at all because it’s overflowing the screen. So any where you tap, you cannot go back, and you can never access invoices and other stuff from the homepage. Please fix!

I saw several bad reviews and will add mine . I signed a premium contract and when handling the car for service ; no proper communication, wrong diagnosis and finished by replacing non necessary parts. Said it should be fine next time but no , always same miscommunication and wrong information I ended up collecting my car without being serviced. I explained the same to the representatives. Whatever are your plan ; forget this garage.

I took premium car service contract from 800 car guru hoping I don’t have to worry about my car service. Guess I was wrong. “The car estimate is heavily overpriced compared to other well reputed car garages for 3x cheaper price”. “The discount which they mentioned in contract 30% for parts and 15% for labour is not discount at that percentages, it is much lesser and try to fools customers”. “The delay in car service for minor service is ridiculous it took 2 days for minor service” and not doing proper job on the car, messing the car up even in good condition. I will not recommend this garage to anyone ever again.
