New look, zero upgrades
I’m assuming that this bank has outsourced the app development to some sort of company that makes generic apps for banks, so I wonder if/when there will be any updates or if anyone will even look at these reviews and see that people aren’t happy with the app. In the off chance that a developer does read these reviews: -The app looks more modern in the most basic sense, but icons and logos are blurry and the animations are choppy which makes it look cheap -The features of this app are exactly the same as the members advantage app, only look different. I would like to see more tangible ways to manage your money such as a way to designate money in your savings for different things and ways to automate transfers -Regarding the switch over, you changed my username and didn’t notify me about the change. Not cool. Took me over an hour to finally get logged on because I had to call in and find out my username was completely different. Not just modified, completely different… I’m going to give this CU until the end of the year, and unless they really impress me with app improvements or any other improvements, I’m going to switch to Mascoma. (They have in house developers and a much better app)
