So I was playing like normally then I deposited the money and it took it from my bank and when I went to play money wasn’t there obviously I contacted the agent her name was Jenn she did not refund me was rude and also deactivate my account would definitely not recommend horrible
Tried several times to verify the account and was making me jump through heap of hoops to withdraw my money. No problem at all to deposit the money. Ended up blowing through the money and deleted the app.
I’ve gone through so many ways contacting these clowns to get my verification done. sent emails with the correct documents, gone through Reddit community and their safe cashier doesn’t work. It’s a circus and a pure scam NEVER download or use this app!! been 2 weeks now and still nothing go use a different app TRUST ME!
Starting with small stakes, it accumulated quickly substantial losses Only after increasing the stakes to fairly large some wins happened but the first experience has not been positive unfortunately.

Been waiting 2 weeks after withdrawing my money and still nothing. Got an email asking me to verify my address even though i already did it (you can’t make a withdrawal until your ID and proof of address are verified). Been contacting their customer support for days. All it is is a bot that says they can’t do anything about the situation and it’s down to a different department. Keep giving me the same answers saying they will raise the issue to the rightful department and they will prioritise me. Don’t waste your time and money go to a different app
