The app itself would be nice if it worked properly. The main problem is that you have to re-log in every two seconds, and if you accidentally back out of a pickup or delivery order it will sign you out, delete your cart, and make you start all the way over again
App stopped working
Out of the blue every time I go to order it says I need to log back in again and gives out an error. I used the application for over a year with no problem. It is very frustrating and time consuming
Ability to save vehicle
Can you please add the option to save your vehicle information to your account so you don’t have to enter it every single time? Obviously there would also have to be an option the change it if you’re in a different car but I think most people are using the same vehicle every time.

This app used to be great, and worked every time. Now it is purely INFURIATING.
If you want to get ready to throw your phone across the room because you finally complete your order, and then they log you out and will not let you log back in despite having the correct info, this is the app for you. If not, don’t waste your time and call in your order. At least until they fix it.

I use this app a lot, but the last two times I have done a delivery order it actually placed a carryout order, which is incredibly annoying. The problem is that you MUST fill out the carryout tab even if you want to do a delivery order. If you select the delivery tab and try to order, it tells you the carryout must be filled out. And when you do that, and hit save, it immediately places the order if everything else is filled out. This has happened to me twice, not only inconveniencing me buy also wasting money on a tip I thought was going to the delivery driver. You cannot cancel the order or report a problem once it is submitted. And then, just to mock me, the "submit feedback" link they offer doesn't actually work. There's one other problem and that is with the location. The app is unable to automatically detect my location. Even though permissions are granted, every time I do a new order I have to choose a location. If I click on the locator it finds me, but the map is zoomed out so I have to zoom in every time to find the closest restaurant.
