・誰でも１枚絵を描くだけで「ひとコマアニメーション」が作れます。
・絵を描かなくても、SVG、WMFイラストからアニメーションが作れます。
・キーフレーム補間機能があり、読み込んだイラストを変形するだけで、なめらかに動くアニメーションが作れます。
・文字、写真、音が入れられます。
・複数のアニメーションを合成できます。
・レイヤー、パスアニメーション、タイムカーブといった高度な機能を持っています。
・筆線、ぶれ、半透明グラデーション、タイル模様がつけられます。
・GIFアニメ、APNG、SVGアニメが作れます。
・保存場所はスマホ内部の「9VAe」です。音（MP3/WAV）、EVAアニメ、イラスト（SVG/WMF）をここに入れると読み込めます。
