A-Leagues & Clubs Official App

This app need to have a good look at itself. I understand you want to combine the two leagues but there needs to be a clear line between the two within the app from the first splash screen. Two tabs at the top. Men’s | Women’s. Then within that each leagues info. It gets confusing when looking for a specific thing and you get the wrong league. The fixtures also needs a refresh. It needs to be an individual page for each week and not endless scrolling for the month. I understand game weeks can change due to FFA/AFC Cups but the week could go Wednesday to Tuesday. So much easier to look at matches. Same goes for results.

It’s annoying that when I look at ladders and choose the liberty women then go to fixtures and choose liberty women then back to ladders - but it defaults to the men’s always. It would be great if it picked up that I don’t really ever look at the men’s (I do occasionally) and instead I could set women’s as default.

Whilst I applaud the effort to move away from the low IQ small point scoring format and into the popular, more advanced BE format….getting the app developers to maintain the ‘up to date-ness’ of the game seems to be too much to handle. Time and time again there are players who DNP, but there has been NO notification what so ever from any source or game publication. Do better! As this game could be so much better with a bit more effort.

Some of the most basic things are difficult to do, like see yesterday’s results. Find the correct tab, move from fixtures to results, then scroll all the way to the last part of the month. Horrible. There used to se a great unofficial app but seems they stopped updating it.

This app is so frustrating, it has driven me to write my first review for any app. Functionally terrible to navigate through to find games on for each week as they are grouped by the month… What the? Scrolling down often refreshes the scroll and jumps to the top. Agree with all the comments on the lack of stats. To who ever owns this woeful app, please just review the “A-league Live” app structure and lay out. Easy to navigate and use. Instead of fancy colorist and MacDonalds adds everywhere.

No notifications about women’s matches only Men’s Having the results for the month is strange too, would be more user friendly to have it under rounds not month

I don’t want to know about A League women, A league women should be a separate app, Too confusing.

Game week scrolling is weird. I like a list but that’s just me. Once game done the game goes to results and then sorted by month and you have to search around to find it. Too much scrolling if you are at the end of the month. No overall stats just individual game stats.

Good app, can see all games and what’s coming up, ladder etc. The in progress and history games a bit confusing at first to navigate. Also no betting odds on favourite to win would be good to have.

Finally a decent a- league app, took them 20 years lol
