App non funzionante

Ho pagato l’estensione ai contenuti con licenza standard ma non riesco ad accedervi perché la licenza non si aggiorna. Richiesto rimborso oppure applicazione funzionante .

Versione lite inutile, upgrade impossibile

Nonostante il pagamento vada a buon fine, non è possibile effettuare l’upgrade dell’applicazione, che resta quindi in versione lite.

Ho pagato per il Pro e non me l’anno aggiornato. Poco corretti!

Acquisto

Ho acquistato l’applicazione completa alcuni anni fa e recentemente ho seguito il percorso che indicano loro per avere l’account nuovo ma non è mai andato a buon fine: ho provato più volte. Vorrei riavere la mia somma o l’applicazione funzionante. Grazie

Upgrade non riuscito

Ho effettuato l’upgrade tuttavia quando apro l’app compare ancora la versione lite senza riuscire ad aggiornarla

I video non si vedono rimangono bloccati. Spero che questo problema venga risolto.
