The App works well but there is no way to get a receipt. You have to phone them up and ask for one via email. If they want people to use taxis for business travel they need to add a facility to get a VAT receipt from the app.

Really good app, just like Uber tbf, same functions and speed. Will be using this now!

I’ve created an order online and have a WhatsApp link to see the booking in the app. This just errors and when I go into the app my bookings don’t show

I cannot use the App because it is not sending me a verification code, even though requested various times. Now locked out.

I had an estimate for £7 and was charged £14 to go a short distance. Emailed them to find out why and no reply. Avoid.

I normally book online and decided to use the app. Booking was tricked and not intuitive for a pre-booking and kept resetting the details. When I arrived it’s impossible to see the status of the car, as you should be able to. No update on what car type is etc. A1 taxi are the best. I’ll book through the web next time. The text messages etc are much better.
