When you try to book a taxi it leaves you on the “waiting for operator” page for 10 minutes to then finally tell you there’s nothing available! Doesn’t let you go back or cancel without having to refresh the whole app. Tried this app about 6 times now on different days and the same every time. Also tells you the ETA is 5 minutes but that is a lie. DONT USE!!

Awful app. Supposedly works like Uber and shows any taxis nearby, but it’s just nonsense. Showed 4 taxis and said ETA was 5mins. Tried to book one and it said nothing available. Rang up the place up and they said nothing available for hours. Pointless, misleading, timewaster of an app. Would rate less if possible. Don’t bother!

This app is not fit for purpose. I tried to book a cab and it just hung refreshing itself with not option to go back or cancel, it then said booked - when a taxi didn’t arrive I phoned in and was told it was my fault for “spamming” the app! Who’s the customer here? We are encouraged to use the app but it doesn’t work. Also, if you get told the cars are busy, why no chance to request a different time? From now on I will phone in although the last few tines the person on the phone has been quite abrupt and rude - shame as I like the company and the drivers.
