Booked a taxi hours in advance of picking my 6 year old daughter up from school. Cab didn’t arrive on time. Called A4 three times and got fobbed off. I explained I had my 6 year old with me, and was told your cab will be there very soon. The taxi arrived 30 minutes late ! The weather was horrible; rain, wind, cold. My daughter was upset, wet, freezing cold. When it arrived I received no apology, no reason. VERY BAD

Really good
So far no problems, easy to use, really quick service. Been using A4 for years and always good, if anything this app has improved their good service to great !
Cabs are quick, reliable and drivers are very friendly
