Too Many Annoying Pop Ups

JunoWestbrook319 on

United States

I’m giving it one star purely because of how annoying the in game pop ups are. Even with ads off the game still finds a way to annoy you with a pop up every ten seconds or when you fail. If I wanted to have notifications on, I’d turn them on. If I wanted to invite friends, I would. Stop interrupting what I’m doing every time I retry. It’s genuinely the only reason why I don’t enjoy playing it

Way to many ads

This is a fun game but the ads are excessive and way to many that is ruins the game and you can barely play.

Update Made the Game Worse

ToadIsHerr on

United States

I was pretty far in this game (200+ levels in), but then I got stuck on a level, so I decided to take a break from it. Maybe 5-6 months later I wanted to try to beat the level again, but I open the app to see that all my progress was deleted and I was back at level 1. To be fair, the level I was stuck on seemed pretty much impossible to beat without the assistance of a robot/program, so maybe the update was to make the later levels actually beatable (I wouldn’t know if that’s true though, I’m still on level 27 as of now). One consistent issue I have with the update is that every 10 loses or so the game will send a message asking you to either turn on notifications or to rate the game, and these can get really annoying if you’re struggling to beat a level. There’s no way to turn these messages off with a setting, and it would be really nice if that were an option for the player. Also, one mild nitpick I have with the game is that it really wants notifications on for some reason; the menu constantly has an alert icon next to it, which suggests there’s something important I need to look at, but when I open it the notifications tab just wants me to enable them, and the alert doesn’t go away until I do, which is also really annoying. Lastly, when I lose or defeat a level, I get like 3 seconds to tap the screen to move on to the next level before it kicks me to the win/fail screen, and I personally find that this gets tiresome if you just want to move on to the next level after beating the last one, so it would also be nice to have an option to turn this feature off. The game is pretty fun, but these new features kind of affect it negatively so after a few minutes of playing I get too annoyed to continue.

Ads are absurd

the ads take longer than the amount of time you have to play the game

But now I spend more time with ads than anything. I had like 8 ads in 5minutes. Don’t download
