This is a book unique and relevant to the needs of the alcoholic/ addict. It unpicks and exposes our thinking and lays down an alternative/ better non destructive way to do life based upon easy to grasp 12-step spiritual concepts. When used with the attendance of regular AA or other 12-step meetings and a recovery support network it can be life transforming.
