Utterly frustrating that I checked my Direct Debit showed as active on my app, only to be fined £12 as this information was not up to date
My query has not been followed up either and today they blocked my card !!

Had my AA Card for years - Very Happy
I have had my AA Cashback Fuel Card for years and am still very happy with it. When it was run via the Bank of Ireland there was an issue at some filling stations such as Tesco that meant you could not pay at the pump. However since Jaja took over this is no longer an issue and it can be used at all pay at the pump filling stations. The website and the App also now function much better under Jaja.
Does anybody test the app before release
This is very poor just simple thing like view your pin… tap and hold … does not even work, so you can’t use it to remind yourself of the pin.. it’s the most basic app I have seen for banking. Will just move to another provider
Pointless - doesn’t show correct balance
What is the point of an app to manage your credit card that doesn’t show the updated balance or even the most recent transactions? The initial screen shows April 2021 balance and transactions-if I want a better reflection of the position I have to look at the most recent statement. But given statements are monthly and at a specific date , that isn’t a true reflection, just more accurate than the initial sign in screen! Rubbish.
Sorry, the whole’s thing’s rubbish!
When my card was REALLY ‘AA’ all seemed to be okay. Since JaJa (I say the following jokingly) “took it over” the whole thing has been a farce! The app stopped working in that it only shows me data over a year old - nothing since July 2020 - my card stopped be accepted anywhere despite my great credit rating and never having had a problem. I ordered a new card which, despite being told was ‘on its way’, never arrived. Loads of issues getting online to JaJa followed and after a couple of hours on the phone I finally got sent a new card which DID arrive and I used it once, as directed, to activate it.
So I now owe them £77 and want to pay it off.
However, this app (and their website) STILL tell me I haven’t registered and tell me I’m entering the wrong log-in info (I’m not). Calls to them are unanswered, and their on-line chat system has ‘technical difficulties’ so I can move forward no further.
This has all been frustrating to say the least and a complete waste of many hours of my life I will never get back. JaJa and I are now done! Finished! Complete!
I will never use the card or account again. If they contact me or send me a paper statement I’ll happily pay them what I owe them. But the whole thing has been a nightmare, and sadly, my advice would be to avoid both the AA finance aka JaJa - and this app - like the bloomin’ plague!

Useless app. Doesn’t work. Was working several months ago but can’t access it anymore with my existing log in details. Tried resetting passcode but then it doesn’t recognise the new passcode. Tried reloading the app. The same thing is happening on the website too…. So now I have no way of accessing my account.
The thought of phoning Jaja fills me with horror. Can’t wait to pay this off and ditch the account. Never experienced such appalling service.
Minimum Payment has gone into hiding
The App always used to show the minimum payment due as part of the account summary. I pressed the X to close that down temporarily and there’s no facility to restore it. We seem to have taken a step backwards in our leap forwards to jaja.
Absolute waste of time
It wouldn’t let me register, kept telling me my input was wrong. Uninstalled and re-installed but nothing could make it work. That’s another hour of my life I’ll never get back!

App is really poor, sometimes it will let you login, sometimes not. Followed up by dreadful customer services from this company

The app doesn’t work when you want to pay by debit card for the last 2 months now
