The only problem that i faced after using it for 1.5 years is that it does not the have the option to add “my aarong rewards card”. So each time i purchase using this app my points are not added to my card. I called to the helpline, and also visited the Dhanmondi 2 outlet. However they were not able to add points. Rather they ask me to email attaching my reciept so that they will add my point. I didnt get the point of emailing after each purchase. I am a regular customer of aarong. Why do i need to email them everytime. Why can’t they just add the option to add my card number to my app

It keeps crashing and crashing for the last few months, I forgot how many time I uninstall and reinstall it. Now I am compelled to discard it.

Version IOS,Device:14 pro max 1) after login app is not opening 2)website and app search results are not same at all. Website has more products. 3) apps search criteria is not working as expected. Website works fine. 4)Scrolling is bit slow. 5)Image loading is not working sometimes. It takes much time than expected. 6) check out page is complicated.
