I have been using the app for several years on multiple platforms and it has always been useful. The current version no longer works on IOS 18 on my iPhone 11. I had to exit and login in several times. If it does login, the app is unresponsive and many features don’t work like syncing with Apple Health.

Yeah it broke something . Every tab I use gives me the “Somwthing went wrong “ error on my phone , can’t access anything at all

As a paying subscriber why do I need to see any advertisements? Remove them! They are unnecessary and make the app and website unstable. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The ad’s before each video in the Learn and Earn area, as well as the ad’s that appear under the quizzes when the user scrolls the screen to advance to the next question - the system holds the user hostage to ensure the ad is seen. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These ad’s are highly unstable and wreak havoc on users ability to partake in watching videos or taking quizzes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The AARP HOT DEALS ad that is displayed FOUR times on the Learn and Earn area of the app - REMOVE IT! It is redundant and unnecessary! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Top 5 error messages you can enjoy when attempting to use the rewards portion of the app and website… ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. This started with the new update. When I tried to log in it said something was wrong and to contact support. I was unable to do so. I deleted the app and tried again and when I tried to log in again it kicked me out the app. Haven’t been able to log in for weeks.

I cannot get the magazine or bulletin to load. Previous app had ability to download issues and this “updated” version doesn’t. Basically impossible to read either issue.

I am a member of AARP, but I can’t access content that is reserved for members of AARP. What am I supposed to do in that situation?

This app is unusable to me because it locks my iPad into portrait mode upon opening it. So, every other open app is also displayed only in portrait. My iPad cover acts as a stand that props the device in landscape orientation making it incompatible with AARP Now. There’s no way to change the orientation from within the app.
