Terribile user experience
The navigation through the menus is slow and not intuitive, the many hierarchies of the products, combined with the slowness of the app, and the too much compartmentalised information makes hard to get to the product desired in an acceptable time. To complete a grocery list of the value of 80 euro, it took more than 40 minutes, the majority of which have been spent looking for the desired. products. Product images are too small, many product pages do not contain product description, the product hierarchies are not consistent through out the many product ranges, or included in misleading tiers, thus adding to the complexity of the product hierarchies). many products present in the physical supermarket are not included in the online store, the management of the “favourite” section is slow and it takes too many clicks to include a product in it. There is a lot of room for improvements, in terms of customer experience and speed. I would suggest investing into this side of the business, as online grocery shopping is meant to take over physical shopping, in the long term, and speed and customer experience are going to be of paramount importance for the customer (alongside price/convenience/delivery speed) when choosing which grocery store to buy from.
