App connected twice to the battery and then nothing. Deleted app and reinstalled a couple of times and still no luck with the app

App is a bit janky at times. But sorta works for my needs, not reliable

I can set things on app but when I go to hit ok that’s all it does I can hit ok over and over and will not leave that box at all or set it fix your app I wish I didn’t buy this battery should’ve went with the battle born

Needs update

I’ve had the battery at home for about 2 months. The Bluetooth worked perfectly, and the app showed what seemed to be an accurate SOC while connected to a charger in my home. We finally installed it in our RV 2 weeks ago. After installation, I was initially able to connect to the battery, but now, after 2 weeks of use, I’m unable to connect to the battery over Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated since 2021 based on the version listed under “about”. Hope the battery lasts longer than the Bluetooth did!

Every time I open the app up, it says something different? it’s totally unreliable!

Even customer support said don’t pay attention to the app. I think there are some things the app reports correctly, but SOC is wildly inaccurate unless the batteries themselves are garbage (which I don’t think is the case). If you want batteries with an app, buy a different brand.

Had issues with the app not working. Figured out you need to hook it into a charger to get it out of storage mode. Now it works.

Can’t you guys provide a way for us to flash the software for the BMS to fix all the issues with the BMS? All off the shelf BMS companies do this . Should have bought a battleborn!

Has all the items I requested a while back. The interface has all the important information on a single page and it goes direct to the page after it connects.👍. 4 stars just because the SOC and Calculated AH are never correct but not sure that's the apps fault as much as it is the BMS itself... Thanks for the updates...
