ABC Fine Wine & Spirits

Tried creating an account on website and got an error about a server issue. Downloaded app and tried creating an account. Got an error saying “The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "liquorapps.com" which could put your confidential information at risk.” Cannot even signup due to this. Guess it’s back to Publix for liquor.

I open the app and it sits there, doing NOTHING!

This app is useless, keeps saying invalid credentials when trying to log in. Go to the website and it works fine…

I can't add a credit card to the payment online order a few times. I tried to change my credit cards. It was unable. I am disappointed with this app.

Do I can’t lang in. It’s as simple as that. Go to your web browser and I can Log in fine. But the app says I don’t exist. This app is garbage and less functional than the web version. Thanks abc. Also check my account abc. I’m a member who buys for parties regularly. But I guess not enough to make your app work like the other fake reviews.

Trying to use this app and dealing with all the pop-ups is so very frustrating. There needs to be a way to deactivate them.

Since update of an item is unavailable it lets me know at checkout but then deletes my whole cart!! I had 47 bottles in my cart bill was at 643.37 and now I have to start all over again! This is ridiculous tedious and plan aggravating. I place a big order every week and for this and the saved payment to be issues since yall have updated is a nuisance.

Kevin , I can always count on him when looking for certain wine and spirits and assist with special requests. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Friendly, very helpful to assist in all my purchases. Great staff! Carmine friendly very knowledgeable on wines. Anthony awesome. Clean store well stocked. Manager Kim is fantastic she is always available and ready to help, answer any questions. It’s always a pleasure to shop in this store. Highly recommend ABC111. They always greet you with a smile and offer any assistance! Wow! Isn’t that refreshing. (They even offer a tasting station to sample some products, great prices too!)

Gentleman/Madam, I have placed on-line orders for pick-up and delivery several times for the Hudson, FL store. I never had a problem until today. As stated, I have previously placed online orders for delivery. In fact, I originally tried placing this order yesterday, and for whatever reason it did not go through to the store, even though pending authorizations had been placed on both my PayPal account and my bank account. I know this for a fact because I spoke with store manager Becca last evening around 8:30 PM. She was very helpful and suggested I call ABC Customer Service today to see why my order had not gone through to the store.She also offered that she would be working again today, starting at 4 PM, if I needed further assistance. Today when I tried replacing the order, I ran into a problem and called the store several times around noon and spoke with the manager on duty, Shelby. She was less than helpful. I admit I had to call back several times, and I did apologize for bothering her; at which point she informed me that she was very busy because the store had a wine tasting tonight. When I replied that maybe I should just place my order with Publix, Shelby’s snippish reply was “If that’s what you want to do, go ahead.” I find her statement deplorable for many reasons, the two most glaring ones being lack of customer service and lack of support for the store. I did end up ordering from the Hudson’s ABC Liquor store but only because you were offering $10 off the purchase of two bottles of Dewars and Publix Liquor was not. Not the best app but not the worst either. Just seems like not much effort is made on continuous improvement. It would be nice to be able to send links to products to friends and I keep ruining into better deals on the app than are available in the store. The stores won’t price match their own app! There is no way to tell what deals are only available on the app.
