Shocker

Riffrafy on

Have now downloaded twice, and still not working. Tells me I'm not connected to the internet, everything else works, I give up

My preferred news app

Great-Reader on

Australia

This is still my go to app for Australian news. I find it very easy to use and stable. I think the content is good, but deteriorating. The number of sensationalist pieces is increasing, as is the number of blogs with dubious accuracy. The functionality of the app is quite good, with modern content presentation that makes the most of the phone screen. There are some things that could be improved, for example it’s easy to accidentally scroll sideways and end up in the next article when I intended to scroll down, I don’t think the sideways scroll is very useful at all.

Turned WOKE

Zapruder's Dog on

Australia

It used to be good but now it’s just pandering to the minorities and any headline about men is negative. DELETED !

It was good once ! But not anymore👎

PAGObytes on

Australia

Been using this app for many years now and it was my go-to app for daily news. But not anymore !! Over the last few months when I try to go into the “My Topics” section, all I get is “Error ” Deleted and now looking for another decent news app.

Reasonable App but content getting weaker

Foxtopher on

Australia

The App is visually appealing and functional; however the content is increasingly using biased language and linguistic terms that belie the organisational culture as an agent of social progress. I long for news that lets me make my own opinion and just presents fact as much as possible.

Volume fixed

Howie5 on

Australia

Much better, a good app now it has volume

A biased news agency

A1_R1_S on

Australia

Never seen a news agency as biased as ABC News. Particularly when it comes to news articles related to India.

Battery hungry for no reason

Pincushion2 on

Australia

I avoid using the app when away from power as the app uses approx 10% of my battery every 15 mins. Phone also gets hot. This is just when reading text, I’m not playing any of the news videos. Please give your app developer a slap. High quality news content as always though.
