ABC Taxi Norwich

Just rename the app “No Drivers Available” because that’s all it ever shows. Doesn’t matter what time of day, the season, the position of Jupiter… no drivers available. Utter garbage.

The biggest and the best company in Norfolk. Anytime you can make a booking easily, the cars are coming in time.

We used this on a trip to Norwich for a wedding. The app works well and the taxi service is great.

Really great service and drivers. Has helped us get about Norwich for visiting family and getting to wedding. ABC are The only way to be sure of having a reliable taxi service

1* because I used to use a non-UK phone number and it used to work fine, however, since a recent update this is broken and I cannot login to my account. 1* rating remains until it is fixed, it would be 5* otherwise. Please devs fix this!

Your app is terrible. The location services are terrible. The amount of times I’ve booked a cab and it’s turned up 200 meters away and you have cancelled as “no show” it’s terrible. Just to then call up and question it just to be told that I should call rather than use the app. 😂

I’ve never bothered to full out a review before but this app was excellent, the service was fantastic, waiting times really quick, prices better than expected. I don’t know what advice you could give this company on how to run their business as they are way ahead of the game.
