Lovely gentleman on time made me feel relaxed being a lady on her own . We use Abc whenever we need a taxi would always recommend

Took us and our 2 small dogs out, but refused to come to pick us up at 10pm leaving us stranded. A taxi company not to be trusted

Taxi never turned up. When I rang the operator they told me not to use the app and call the service board to get a booking confirmed.

£7 from st julians to sainsbury is mega expensive

Keep breaking when changing the pickup point other than the place you’re currently at. Also your presets reset constantly so it’s annoying typing the same stuff over and over.

Drivers pick up jobs and drop them if they can’t be bothered. Imagine if your grand parent was stranded. Well done ABC well done

The drivers are rude and so are the people who answer the calls. I’ve been told that the police are being called on me over a £2 drop off that they didn’t bother to add to my card! I’ve had drivers sigh at everything I say, cancel journeys without even telling me and the people on customer services shouting at me telling me it’s all my fault that they didn’t bother checking the notes that I wrote. Absolutely terrible.

All things mentioned were true and everything has been sorted. Pay by cash , CARD and if you have an account, we can set that up too. ALL SINGING AND DANCING NOW. 👍👍👍

They don’t use the app so your bookings aren’t valid. Booked a journey home, wasn’t told it was cancelled until after the pick up time and looked on the app to see where the car was and was informed via the app. Complete waste of time.

Guessing that you have given up on the App the fact destination search doesn't work so cant get a quote.
