تشتري الطلب بعد ما يظهر لك التوصيل بعد يومين و إلى الآن عدا اسبوع و لم يصل الطلب و حين تتصل عليهم يقلوا الطبيعي عنا ٧ ايام التوصيل ؟؟
لاتغلط وتشتري من عندهم
اسوء تجربة عميل تشوفها ، يسون تخفيضات بعدين تتحمس وتشتري منهم بعد تتصل تتبع الشحنة ومحد يرد عليك ويماطلون فيك خدمة العملاء يسحبون عليك في كل المنصات بعدين يلغى طلبك بعدها بأسبوع بعدين تجلس تنتظرهم بالاسابيع يرجعون فلوسك وبس
اسوء تجربة شراء عبر الإنترنت
اشتريت من خلال التطبيق منذ أكثر من اسبوعين ولم يتم شحن الطلب ولا يتم الرد على البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتس اب ورقم خدمة العملاء انتظار أكثر من 15 دقيقة ولا احد يرد

طلبت من قبل العيد والطلب حتى الان قيد الانتظار وماحد يرد وقسم الشكاوي ما يستقبل شكاوي المتجر الإلكتروني وخدمة العملاء ماحد يرد …أسوء شركة تعاملت معاهم كتأخير وعدم تجاوب
تأخير الطلبات
تأخير في إرسال الطلبات وقد يصل لأسبوع والطلب تحت المعالجة وبعض الطلبات يتم إلغاؤها بدون سبب . وكذلك التطبيق يرفض تسجيل الدخول وكذلك إذا طلبت منتج وتم خصم المبلغ لا يتم شحنه لك وبعد التواصل مع الموظف على الرقم الموحد يفيدك أن المنتج غير متوفر تخبط بشكل عجيب

التطبيق لا يفتح اذا دخلت التطبيق يخرج تلقائي

عند البحث عن اي صنف لا يظهر اي شيء في الموقع شغال تمام بس في الاب ارجو عمل تحديث لعملية البحث
