I have one problem which seems like a&f can not solve. After last years app refresh i can not add my card to the app to save. I am paying with it all the time just not able to save it. It says ‘wrong card number’ which is nonsense. Few days ago i can’t see what I add to my my bag while shopping- this one is a new problem, never happened before. I deleted than re-downloaded the app like 6 times. Nothing changed.

I have these in white and absolutely adore these jeans. The quality of the fabric is amazing. Very stretchy and soft yet not see through at all. Definitely one of my favorites.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Idk what happened to this app but every time I open it, I am logged out and when I try to re-log in, it says my account is temporarily locked and that I should reset my password but I’ve already done that twice. I have to use the web browser to log in instead but PLEASE FIX THE APP!

I have used this app for a long time and typically find it user friendly. For the last week it has not allowed me to access the app- citing that it needs an update. When I come to the App Store it says I have updated to the latest version. I am disappointed that I have not been able to use the app

Get real dude. I’m not updating my phone to shop on your app.

Every time I open the app I have to re-log in and it says my password is wrong even though I have never changed it.

whoever designed the new update what was the need to make it only compatible with ios 17?? this is a clothing app, there was no need to be dramatic with it.
