It’s not worth your precious time to deal with the server error message. Just accept the fact that ABFM will never fix the app despite the hundreds of dollars of your money they take every year and log into the Web site and do the questions there.life is too short to mess with this broken app.

I have had multiple occasions where it will log out of the server and must be deleted and reinstalled to work. If you do anything off line, uninstalling loses it all. No other options noted (can’t log out). This costs me more than any other medical app, it should be corrected.

Used to work but now just crashes so I have to do my questions on a web browser

Tried to delete the app and reinstall. Now I get the “ unexpected server error” message when trying to log in. As I angrily shake my fist at the pop up, I’m wishing that I would have tried clicking the “log off” tab a few hundred more times between “unexpected server error” and the “please try again” pop ups.

It’s been months and they haven’t fixed the server error.

Sent an email. Repeated error, tried the logout method, which fixed it, but only old CKSA are available to review. New ones are not present to complete. Rating for visibility.

Used to work. Occasionally will stop working but delete and reinstall usually works. No longer.

Last two times I have attempted to use it the program crashes. The first time I deleted and reloaded the program and it worked. Now, no such luck. Hope I get to keep being a doctor while I cannot fulfill my requirements because of the app not working.

Please fix the error. Thank you.

Pls update the app. Unexpected error keeps popping up. Convenient app to use until this happened.
