Очень нравится, что в одном месте собраны медитации, мелодии, трекер привычек. Медитации очень мощные, по началу плакала. Мелодии включаю перед сном, если не хочется медитировать, очень расслабляет. Самая любимая из мелодий-хвойный лес. На фоне зажигаю свечи, одна из которых с деревянным фитилем, трещит и звук птиц как в лесу 👍 Очень расслабляет, эффект как после бани, спится крепко.

..уета. В приложении даже прогнозы или че там по датам рождения одно и тоже говорят всем, только пол если поменять будут тоже самое говорить. Один шаблон для всех. На некоторых видосах Александра Б такая страшная что страшно смотреть. В общем удаляю и вам советую
