Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte
Die App ist gerade schlechter geworden, jetzt kann man im wöchentlich Fashion Update nicht mal mehr Produkte als „Gefällt nicht“ markieren. Schlimmer aber sind die deutlichen Verstoße gegen die DSGVO, es werden Daten zu Werbezwecken an Dritte ohne vorherige Einwilligung weitergegeben. Seit über einer Woche warte ich auf eine Reaktion seitens About You zu dem Vorfall.
Schlimmer geht es nicht
Noch nie so einen schlecht geführten Laden gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind an Inkompetenz auch nicht zu überbieten. Kaufe nur noch über Zalando.
Antworten nicht
Ich habe am 05.12.2024 mit dieser App einen Portemonnaie bestellt, ich habe es noch nicht erhalten, egal welche Nachricht ich sendet habe, ich bekomme nur eine Antwort, und alle Antworten sind gleich. Bisher habe ich keine erhalten Irgendeine richtige Antwort. Jetzt brauche ich mein Geld. Von wem kann ich es zurückbekommen?

Ich habe eine Tasche bestellt. Am Ende habe ich ein ganz anderes Modell bekommen. Der Artikel, den ich wollte, war ausverkauft. Ich rief den Kundenservice an und man hatte Verständnis für mich. Wie soll das etwas an der Situation ändern? Gar nichts. Was vorgeschlagen wurde: die Tasche zurückschicken und abwarten. Falls die Tasche zufällig wieder vorrätig ist, werde ich sie bestellen können. Wow! Vielen Dank für ein unvergessliches Weihnachtsgeschenk!
