Abrantes360 é mais um canal de interação entre o cidadão e o Município de Abrantes que facilita o acesso a vários serviços online, conteúdos informativos e transmissões em direto.
Objetivos:
Simplificar o quotidiano dos cidadãos na interação com o Município;
Promover e democratizar o acesso a serviços online;
Disponibilizar e difundir informação institucional, notícias e eventos.
Funcionalidades:
Comunicar leituras de água, listar consumos e aderir à fatura eletrónica;
Marcar audiências e solicitar informações ou esclarecimentos;
Submeter reclamações, sugestões e elogios;
Renovar requisições à Biblioteca e submeter sugestões de leitura;
Obter certificados de matrícula de ciclomotores;
Submeter candidatura à utilização de autocarro municipal;
Obter o estado dos processos e interagir com o Município
Visualizar transmissões online do Município de Abrantes
Abrantes360Mobile Complementa a plataforma Abrantes360Web e garante a autenticação integrada com o todo o ecossistema aplicacional de serviços online do Município de Abrantes.
