This app is freaking grea.!!
Excellent workout
Only pluses on this free app: 1. Put together your own abs routine by selecting from a list of exercises. Intuitive. 2. Set exercise and rest duration 3. Voice command play alongside your music so it’s not app or music. 4. Setup is super easy! Love it!!
A great app
I like how you can pick and choose the exercises that will work for you whether at gym or home or traveling.
It’s a good app and you can select your own workouts and how long the workout is. It’s great except for the fact that the time glitches. It doubles in speed half the time and it gets annoying. I would recommend it though.
I found this app was one of the easiest to use training apps for abs. I built a routine in under a minute and was able to use it while I was at the gym immediately. App is super clear and intuitive, would definitely recommend!
This app is good and could be great but needs more development. I love that it’s simple, which makes me not waste time scrolling through pages of workout options. I also love that you select exercises to build your own workout, which is exactly what I wanted! However, there really aren’t that many exercises to choose from. I was hoping for different exercises for targeting different ab muscles (plank twists and side V-up crunches could be added), as well as a section that does include equipment you may have at home or at the gym (other than the roller, medicine ball, and something to hang from, like an incline bench, Bosu, stability ball, resistance bands.....?). This app is good for beginners, but even a beginner wouldn’t necessarily be using it very long. Some variation on the existing exercises should be offered as well! Adding moves or weight makes a big difference. This app should be an encyclopedia of ab exercises!
