I’ve been using this app for years and used to love it since it’s so easy to use. Now I need to update my card details (new credit card with new number). The app requires a validation with bank but keep on giving connection errors. I’ve been trying for weeks. No problem with my network connection. Tried LTE, 3G and wifi connecting. Tried to contact the developers for app support but that’s impossible. Just get referred back to FAQs which are no help at all.
SnapScan/Zapper feature does not work
This is a wonderful app to have, it makes life so much easier, kindly take a look at why the App doesn’t want to add my Capitec card, I added the card before without any problems and then deleted and reinstalled the App to change my number and after that both my FNB and ABSA cards were added, the Capitec card says “Card Linked Fail” each time I try and add it.
Awesome app especially during this epidemic.... Should really give your applicable store cashiers proper training, I’ve been in few pick n pay stores! Every-time I say Masterpass is like a totally new word to them.
Hi Developers, Could you please add the functionality to be able to add a tip amount before paying the bill via Snapscan or Zapper? Otherwise the idea of a one-stop app for payments is really useful. If the functionality is upgraded to the same as what the 2 aforementioned apps have, then sure a 5 star rating can be considered. All the best.

Please test your app before releasing. The scan function does not work. It does not activate the camera. Neither does the card scan function.
