Is Absa Zambia free?
Yes, Absa Zambia is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Absa Zambia legit?
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
As you’d expect from anything service related in Zambia, it’s useless. Too many issues and when you take it up with Absa, they just give you random excuses like “your phone is not compatible” or “try using mobile banking instead”… now the app is not working at all
Getting Better and Better
Features such as QR withdrawal are welcome. The UI needs a slight tweak but overall the app is one of the best of the banks in Zambia!
APP CRASH
Every other transaction has an app crash. How is this helping with mobile banking.
The app keeps resetting itself. Shows Invalid requests. A simple transaction like mobile money has to fail after multiple attempts? Work on your app!!!
Online banking not working
It’s so annoying that i can’t access my own account for months now. Poor management in Zambia
Revise the update
The previous versions have been working well until the latest update. The app crashes as soon as it starts. Tried to delete and reinstall but to no avail. Please squash the bug.
Freezes
This App frequently freezes before you get to the login stage. This has been happening ever since the App was launched or at least since I started using it.
Each time it freezes I am forced to delete it and load fresh from App Store.
Biometric Login needs work
The app generally works well about 70% of time. It has a great fresh new look but the biometric login is a pain. It constantly resets itself after having it set up and keeps asking you to set it up again. I hope they can work on that.
App still needs work
The App still needs work to stabilize it. A number of functions like bill payment, airtime purchase and mobile ewallet never work more than half of the time. The biometric login is a pain. Gets disabled on its on all the time. I hope the app was not rushed but bug fix isn’t responding to this issues. Where is quality control?
Wonderful End-user Experience
Love the new look, feels great and easy to use except I have been having issues with fingerprint login even after deleting and re-installing the app three times I can't seem to get it to work on my iOS 10, iPhone 6+. Been trying to contact customer care about it by email but to no avail.
All in all the app works just fine, better than using traditional USSD Codes, lol.
