I have tried to get this to download in my Apple I pad ,it comes up on my apps but then nothing ,have tried to download it six times I get it ok on my kindle fire what am I doing wrong.?

I give this app 5 stars but I’ve ran into a problem there is no sound and the voice isn’t reading out the numbers. I’ve checked the settings in the app and they are both on I’ve had this app before and had no problems but it’s a minor problem it doesn’t bother mr too much I still love the app I just wish it would read the numbers out as it is a lot harder without the numbers being read out to you.
