Absolute Drift FAQ
Is Absolute Drift free?
Absolute Drift is not free (it costs 39.00), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Absolute Drift legit?
🤔 The Absolute Drift app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
I’ve had records in other games for drifting, I was one of many who drifted in LFS and I’ve been drifting IRL for the last 15-years.
I’m unable to make a 7-second drift on the midnight track, the controls are simply not accurate on the mobile.
Relaxing game.
I recommend playing it the most realistic way. It makes more sense is more satisfying when you get good at controllinf the car.
Control settings:
Left/Right Buttons
Difficulty - Hard
Steer Assist Off
Stability Assist 0%
Steering sensitivity 50%
Vibration off
Listen to music you enjoy while playing, so you can enjoy something while struggling and honing the skill of drifting.
Fun but lacking content
The game is fun but I feel like it needs more content. A recreation of mount akina or something similar would be cool. The controlls aren’t the best though.
Going sideways
I belive this game has potential with nice relaxed graphics, music and sweet JDM drifting. I completed the game in a day without entering all events, hence the lack of control over the vehicle is apparent and perfect drifts on tight courses are nothing more than a fluke of luck, and not so fun events when you bang into a wall trying to rack up a score. I’ve been tinkering with the control input settings and it seems like it can’t be accurate and precise no matter what. In the events I’ve entered in this driting game I rank top 1% of all players so I guess most people struggle with control.
Worst Racing Game Ever
I had big hopes for this game but It was a big disappointment! The controls sucks and what happened to all the titles in the Game? Not worth the money!
Dosent work
The texts dont work, they just say: txt_Hello1 (example) please help cuz i cant read anything!
Great!! But....
It needs floating controls for iPhone gaming, or at least be able to resize the steering controls.
I find that most of my errors in driving are a result of my thumb not hitting the thumb stick or l / r button on the spot.
Incredible, but needs fixes bad
Love this game, been playing it for years, I would give it 5 stars all day except it needs fixes real bad. I will make it short and simple; menus are buggy, you can’t do multiple donuts in a row, progress is sometimes lost, replays are corrupted sometimes, world record replay simply does not work, and the Game Center connection for this game is almost entirely broken. Love it to death, but please fix it guys if you do I’ll change my rating.
P.S more cars/maps that introduce some new interesting features would be a great addition, even if it was a paid DLC, but it must be fixed first.
Almost perfect
Physics are great. Turn off all assists from the beginning though. I wish the snap back into traction was a bit more dramatic
So close to the console version
For controller players, we need to have a manual transmission option and key binds option. Maybe I’m missing a settings option for it? And separate leaderboards for controller players vs touch. Great game, No manual option has me scratching my head tho.
