Whenever you try to use the app and book a taxi, it doesn’t always work. It takes ages and try to locate where you are but Its GPS location always fails to detect and find you a taxi. Epic fail and this is the only taxi app that happens in Abu Dhabi. Better use the good old way, call for service. This app service os hopeless.
After clicking the English button, it doesn’t bring me to the next page and unable to use the App at all.
So far so good but app need to be more improve like other car far
Soooo badddddddd, I tried almost more than five times, especially for the family car, no response at all. Must take less than one star
i see taxis in my area and it keeps telling me there are none. it also became too slow and it takes so long just to get a taxi assigned when there are dozens around. i don’t really leave reviews but this became too much of an inconvenience for me not to.
I’ve ordered a taxi from this app many times before. In my last few bookings, the taxi took more than 30 minutes to come (I ended up canceling the ride) and they abort my request many times! Moreover, I called the taxi driver I was assigned to, to see where he was because he was really late compared the the ETA, and he didn’t even answer. Do better.
why in abu dhabi taxi is not assigned to you order, but in the yandex go app, these same taxis are assigned instantly? is this some kind of conspiracy?
