Features of the app:
- Forms designer: With a simple drag and drop interface, forms can be constructed in minutes by non-technical users with Access Care Planning forms designer.
- Forms management: Field staff can now manage their form in the most efficient way: scroll, click, scroll, submit - and everything is synchronised!
- Rich data capture: Capture rich data such as pictures, bar codes and signatures. And since both mobile and web interfaces are completely in sync, everyone sees the same thing!
- Business rules: Set reminders, emails, alerts triggering and data changes automation. As with all features of our software, rules can easily be configured by non-technical users.
- Role based access control: Configure which groups of users have view, edit and create permissions on forms and case records. Permissions can be configured easily and deployed instantly.
- Offline working: When the device is connected, data is sent back at regular intervals. When offline, all data is stored securely on the device, and uploaded when back online.
- Data security: All communication between the user devices and server is over an encrypted channel and data stored on the devices is also encrypted.

It would be very useful to have a ‘ding’ noise say every 30 seconds to remind carers to log into their visits. Logging in to visits don’t always register either - I know for a fact that I have started visits but upon returning to the app it says visit not started, this has caused problems with my employers. This will be terrible for me once my pay is linked to this app as it doesn’t always register log-ins.

Sync inside and app not functioning well

I’m so frustrated using this app as it is not syncing my work and that of the client update and it is actually giving issues as regards sending information to the necessary team to view ,please I will advice this issue is sorted out as it has been going on for days now ..thanks you

No notifications

The app really needs to have notifications when schedules are added or a change is made. This should be automatic. Currently there is nothing to tell the end user when schedules are changed last minute

NEEDS A DARK MODE

Been asking for what seems like years now for a DARK MODE option so that you can change the background screen to black so that the white background isn’t so blindingly bright when I’m visiting my clients at night.

Biometric login now working!

For about 4 weeks now, I can’t access the employee portal session of the app, can’t book holidays, can’t view my pay advice. Several clean sync,uninstall and reinstall couldn’t help. Annoying.
