Why when downloading this app now they asking for your card information

It won’t download

There is always a network error. Always unavailable to send money.

Isn’t it a little excessive to have a 50% fee? If you want to send someone 50$, you have to pay a fee of $25 on top. Makes it hard to send your loved ones money when you don’t have much

Is there something wrong with this app? Can’t get anything to go through just showing error…

It’s ridiculous that they take advantage of us the people by charging so much fees and I have encountered some glitches whenever I have tried to send money. Shame on you Access Corrections

7/9/24…. I used this app and website few weeks ago with no problem. Now last week and yesterday each time I get error on the payments. It does NOT deposit the money in my sons account BUT it deducts money from my bank causing temp holds for up to 4 days… I’ve tried calling in to do a payment, the actual website from a PC and the app from my phone and still errors. The company fails to acknowledge they have a processing problem on THEIR end.. I’ve chatted by chat and talked to them by phone and NO HELP. Like the staff is very under trained. All they keep saying is it’s a problem with my bank.. I have 3 different bank accounts, 3 debit cards and ALL cards had error processing issues. One representative told me to get a prepaid CC and use instead. Okay, took her advice, went to Amscot and got a prepaid card. Still a error but the amount I tried using is still a hold on that prepaid card too. I called back and explained to another agent that this is four cards total given errors that may be there’s a problem on their end processing payments. Again, they want to argue and say it’s my bank. OK three actual bank accounts and one prepaid debit card. I’ll get error problems. The agents are very unskilled and no help and I took the advice and contacted my bank, and my bank said there is no problem on their end and there is no blocks on my account to prevent the transaction.. It’s very clear They themselves have a payment processing error on their end and they don’t want to acknowledge it to fix it. It’s much easier to blame the customers banks… I believe it’s the access corrections themselves has a bug in the system that is not processing payments and again they want to not knowledge it’s an issue on their end.

NEVER WORKS, JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.. THEY DON’T CARE!!!!
