Access CU

All other major banks have apps that are 100x more user friendly. This app crashes, is hard to navigate and seems like it is on its own schedule for when it wants to work. When I want to access my money and accounts I shouldn’t have to be at the mercy of a bad app. Just because of this app I have seriously considered switching banks for less of a headache. Zero stars.

Worst bank I have ever banked at customer service is awful and the bank app itself is useless

Despite trying to download the newest version of this App, it still opens sideways on my iPad screen with no options to spin it so I can read it without getting nauseated.

This is the worst app currently on my phone. Between the constant outages, the 15 step process required to sign in, and the ridiculously unintuitive UI, it is enough to want to bank somewhere else. Fix the app PLEASE!

They should rename themselves to No Access Credit Union

I’ve never used an app that constantly has problems like this one. You charge me and every other user a maintenance charge every month, use that money and do better!!! So frustrating!! .

Can’t even login to the app?! and doesn’t work when i o go is the app

Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever used !! Will periodically and annoyingly break/can’t complete my request to log in, so I’m stuck uninstalling and reinstalling just to fix, so stupid and not worth the hassle, sunova worked 1000x better than this garbage dump !!

App is easy to use when it’s working but crashes almost daily. Sometimes it’s down for hours. This is very frustrating.
