Terrible
Took a long time to finally load. Do a few modules then page goes white and have to wait ages for it to load. Have tried re installing and deleting but no better! Unable to complete my learning and starting employment soon
Just didn’t work
Installed. Updated. Blank screen. Nothing there disappointed.
Online Training not enough
I have done 16 courses for the care sector. I find them not enough! The care certificate can’t be complete because a registered care manager has to sign off. The self employed don’t have anyone to assess the workplace! This works well for employees working for the NHS or care homes / agencies. It’s not a fit for all!

I have been given a deadline but this app keeps freezing. Really frustrating

Awful !!! Can’t load anything page just turns white
Doesn’t load
Just freezes and won’t open. Been like this for weeks. Like others, I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled etc. and still doesn’t resolve the issue
Help
On both my iPhone and iPad all I get is loading this has gone on for days now cannot access my training what can I do to rectify this problem.
