Great when it works
Always seems to be an issue and getting your case looked at by the technical team is painful.
Never works and constantly have problems
All I ever read from this App is “Oops! Something went wrong…” literally sums up the App things always go wrong.
Keeps logging me out and not accepting password
Very frustrating app. I’ve set up Face ID and it’s fine for a month or so. Then it wants me to log in again and doesn’t accept password. Booking holiday is not always straightforward, I try clicking on a day in the future and it seems to think that’s the last day I want despite my repeated attempts to click on that exact day to separate it. Had to close down to try again in the end. My works decision to use so I have no choice.
Battery vampire
For the love of God, fix the issue with the app using location even when told not to use in the background! If you forget to force close the app after tapping in or out, say goodbye to your battery life! Even when blue pin is inside red circle, takes ages to realise you’re in the right location. Frustrated at above issue if checking you’re tapped in and try to view or refresh location? Oops, the tap in box suddenly resized the second you touched the screen and you hit the tap out button when you didn’t mean to
Since the last update the app crashes every time I hit submit
Making the app useless
App Crashes
The latest version of the app crashed when trying to request holiday or time off (other). It only crashes when you try and submit it. The other issue is it forgets your login and Face ID settings when it is updated which is extremely frustrating.
Good as far as it goes
This app could be so much better if it had manager functionality. All you can do is things for yourself but as a manager I can’t log one of my teams absence or create a logbook for them as you can on the web version. In a world driven by apps and phones, there needs to be much more development of this app.

Stop asking for my location ALL THE TIME!!! This app doesn’t need to know my location
